Pangea is reminiscent of our world a thousand years ago: small, medieval villages, in the north marauding pirates like Vikings – with one crucial difference: all the inhabitants are upright-walking, talking animals, and especially dogs are in charge.

Atlas, a clever greyhound, and his best friend Axis, a wiry terrier, are the only survivors when their home village is burned down by foreign raiders – and Atlas's sister is kidnapped. The two swear revenge and take up the pursuit of the murderers and kidnappers. Their first clues: a huge pile of dog mess and a Viking primer.

Pau's dog saga combines swashbuckling adventure in pure funny style with hard-hitting action. Despite the high cuteness factor, the story isn't for small children.
