Privacy Policy
1. Controller
Ink & Power, Kenny Wagenknecht, Groß Thun 16a, 21680 Stade, Email: shop@ink-power.de
2. Collection and use of personal data
We process your name, email address, postal address, and order history in order to fulfil orders and maintain accurate financial records. This data is shared only as necessary to perform the contract — for example with payment service providers, shipping providers, and accounting software.
3. Gift Finder
When you use our Gift Finder, we process the information you provide solely for the purpose of creating and sending personalised gift recommendations. For this purpose, we collect the email address of the person to whom the recommendations are to be sent.
This data is not used for marketing purposes, is not used for newsletter sign-ups, and is automatically deleted after the process is complete (as a rule, no later than 30 days after the recommendations are sent).
If the Gift Finder is used via a questionnaire from an external creator, that creator receives access to the completed answers in order to compile suitable recommendations. Creators act on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and may only use the data for this purpose. No further use or storage takes place.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Ink & Power remains the controller within the meaning of the GDPR.
4. Newsletter

Sign-up uses a double opt-in process: after entering your email address you will receive a confirmation email with a link. Your email address is only added to our mailing list after you click that link. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us at shop@ink-power.de. After unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the mailing list.
