General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Ink & Power online shop.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with: Ink & Power, owner Kenny Wagenknecht, Groß Thun 16a, 21680 Stade.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded when the customer clicks "Buy now" at checkout and the payment has been completed successfully. For subscriptions, the contract is concluded via an order form. Payment is not collected until the issue is released, via a separate payment link.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include the applicable VAT. Flat-rate shipping fee: €4.90 (within Germany). Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days, subject to availability. For pre-orders or subscriptions, delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on the release date and stock availability.

6. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe (credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). For subscriptions, payment is made via a payment link included in the confirmation email.

Subscribers may optionally store an automatic payment method (credit card or PayPal). In this case, the stored payment method will be charged automatically once a new issue arrives and is prepared for dispatch. The applicable price corresponds to the cover price at the time of release. You will be notified by email before each charge. Automatic payment can be disabled at any time in your account under "My Account → Subscriptions".

7. Subscriptions and variants

For subscriptions, the default variant (e.g. Cover A) is shipped as standard. If that variant is unavailable, we reserve the right to ship an equivalent alternative.

For individual orders, we also reserve the right to ship an equivalent alternative variant of the same issue if the originally selected variant is out of stock.

8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
