Right of Withdrawal (As of: July 2025)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not obligatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only required to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is the result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
