Delivery to Austria

Shipping to Austria: available for most items.
Delivery time (AT): typically a few days longer than delivery within Germany.
Shipping costs (AT): displayed at checkout depending on your basket and delivery address.

Note on delivery times: The shipping/delivery times shown on product detail pages apply exclusively to deliveries within Germany. Delivery times to Austria may differ.

Note on availability for Austria: Some products cannot be shipped to Austria due to publisher restrictions or logistical constraints. If an item cannot be delivered to Austria, this will be indicated at checkout at the latest.

General note: Alternative options (e.g. express delivery) may incur higher costs.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided we have informed you of this in advance. If we provide a return label and you use it, we may charge a flat return shipping fee (e.g. €3.90).

Diminished value

You are only required to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is the result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (note: comic books may be treated differently depending on classification — in case of doubt, we grant the right of withdrawal).

How to return an item

1. Declare withdrawal: Send us a brief, clear statement by email or letter within 14 days.
2. Return the goods: Send the item to the return address below within 14 days of withdrawal.
3. Packaging: Pack securely; original packaging is helpful but not required.
4. Include proof of purchase: Please include your order number or receipt so we can process the return quickly.

Statutory liability for defects (warranty)

Statutory liability for defects applies. For new goods, the period is generally 2 years from delivery.

Note on subscription products (monthly series)

• The standard variant of an issue is delivered by preference; in cases of shortage, a different cover variant may be supplied.
• The right of withdrawal remains unaffected; issues already delivered are handled in accordance with the withdrawal rules above.
