Wally West's glimpses of the future somehow missed the collapse of three separate bridges in three separate cities, but he refuses to let the setback derail the good he believes he is doing. The rest of the Justice League is far less comfortable with letting him experiment on that scale, especially with the price so steep and people getting hurt.

Wally, however, sees no reason to abandon everything over a single failure, and there is little anyone can do to slow the Flash down anyway. Ryan North tests how far the fastest man alive will push his own certainty before someone forces him to stop.
