Wally looks into the future! The Flash takes down Heat Wave on the ocean floor and has a realization in the process: with his "Flashes of Insight," he can help people before something even happens.

After consulting with Mr. Terrific, Wally uses the Speed Force in combination with light-speed runs through the city, collecting an unprecedented amount of data and using it to prevent accidents. The result: Central City experiences its first day where nothing goes wrong — not even an attempted bank robbery by one of the Rogues can stop that.

Now all that's left is to scale this up — to a level the world has never seen before.
