It began with a small purple owl figurine found tipped over. Then glasses started sliding off the table and picture frames hung crooked on the wall. Eugene Alden, a solitary recluse who has not left his house in ten years, works out that his world is turning upside down in the literal sense. Having spent years gluing his possessions down to stop them falling around him, he now has to decide whether he is capable of walking out the door. Classic Twilight Zone construction.
