A new wind is blowing through Christmas Town! Pursued by Oogie Boogie's angry ghouls, the three little troublemakers Lock, Shock and Barrel, together with Shiver, end up in Christmas Town to teach the inexperienced residents their extensive trick-or-treat skills. The rosy-cheeked townsfolk have the basics down, but they're missing the right bite for genuine Halloween spirit.

Luckily, the little envoys from Halloween Town are well prepared – maybe even too well. That becomes painfully clear when Barrel unleashes the pranks specially curated for this historic occasion. Yet as impressive as their efforts are, the truly scary thing is the effect the ghouls' breakfast has on Shiver!
