Dr. Jumba thinks he has found the perfect quasi-evil plan: he opens an amusement park with a lovable, blue-furred mascot through which he can broadcast his future schemes into the minds of an impressionable audience.

But when the original Experiment 626 decides to bring the overambitious blueprints of Stitch Land to life, the “attractions” turn into a trap that plunges Jumba, Pleakley, and an unlucky focus group of innocent civilians into a never-ending cycle of fun - and danger!
