Star Wars Modern Era Epic Collection: Mutiny At Mon Cala

Kieron Gillen’s stretch on Star Wars, set between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, is gathered in this Modern Era Epic Collection. The Rebel Alliance needs more fighters, but every new faction brings its own agenda. Leia, backed by Han and Luke, tries to bind them into a single movement.

A mission to the water world of Mon Cala, Admiral Ackbar’s home, hinges on a risky plan and on C-3PO’s talent for protocol and culture. With the Empire briefly on the back foot, the rebels sense an opening, but Darth Vader is closing in on their base. When things go wrong, the heroes end up on the run, and a romance quietly begins to grow.
