Beneath the surface of Atmos, miners die in the tunnels of Emergent, while above, a radical faction called Ordnance prepares a violent reckoning. Just before the first league race of the ExoGP season, Addy Aker is caught between the criminal underworld of her past and the electrifying sport that could become her future.
