Eisner-nominated writer Joshua Dysart (Unknown Soldier) and Eisner winners David Lapham (Stray Bullets) and Bill Sienkiewicz (New Mutants) tighten the noose in another terrifying chapter of their groundbreaking horror epic.

A deadly biological agent is raging in The Hab: it contaminates the drinking water, creeps through the pipes, and has now also infiltrated the ventilation system – it's in the air. The infected are driven by disturbing hallucinations into violence, murder, and even suicide. Dr. Farooqi administers antipsychotics to the few survivors, but their effect is only temporary.

The crew's last chance for survival: stop the spread and find a cure. A salvage team must blast its way into the ancient freshwater reservoir beneath The Hab, take samples from the contaminated source, and hope their high-tech hazmat suits hold long enough to burn out the rest.

But deep in the spore-choked dark – among swarms of infected bats and the concrete-embedded corpses of the original construction workers – it turns out that in The Hab, nothing stays buried for long.
