Chicago's prison territories are carved up between militarized factions. The Stockyard Nation runs savage scavenger operations out of the abandoned slaughterhouses of the south side, the Magnificent Mile Syndicate rules the old financial district through organized crime, and the Lakefront Raiders own the highways with fast-moving vehicle gangs.

Snake Plissken knows how to survive hostile ground, but Chicago is a different beast, where every block is claimed and every street is watched.
