Hermes Press reproduces Gold Key’s 1969 Dark Shadows #3 page for page, just as it first hit the stands. In the story, Barnabas Collins follows a dead man back through time in a bid to shield the Collins family from a vengeful spirit.

The facsimile uses a heavyweight cover and thick interior stock chosen to mimic the feel of the original printing. Collectors will especially appreciate the bonus: a reproduction of the 12-by-18-inch poster that was packed with the original issue, a piece that has become almost impossible to find today.
