Bulletproof Coffin: Giant! Cease to Exist

David Hine and Shaky Kane reunite for a 72-page return to The Bulletproof Coffin, their cult indie series of surreal superheroes and meta storytelling.

Within the fictional Golden Nugget Comics line, a group of trillionaire technocrats called the Sons of Technarchy wage war on reality itself, treating whole worlds as toys to discard. Opposing them is a strange band of defenders: Eye-We-I, Scarlet Spook, Ramona, Queen of the Stone Age, Red Wraith, Coffin Fly, the Shield of Justice and others. As the conflict escalates, the two creators are pulled onto the page and forced to face their own anxieties about making comics, blurring the boundary between the story and its authors.
