HERO TRADE THE BUTLER #1

Matt Kindt (BRZRKR) and David Lapham (Stray Bullets) return to their superhero deconstruction with a brutal one-shot told entirely in full-page splashes.

Night after night, the vigilante known as the Watch hauls criminals out of the gutter and makes sure they never come back. His idea of justice is final. The Butler used to fight beside him, until he saw his partner for what he really is: a reckless killer who enjoys passing sentence and carrying it out himself, whatever the cost to bystanders.

Now the Butler has quit taking orders. Knowing every move the Watch will make, he sets out to beat him to each target and put the crooks in a cell before they end up in a grave. A gritty noir clash with real moral weight.
