Story
This bridge between the first and second seasons of the X-Men ’97 animated series on Disney+ fills the gap left by the season one finale. After Extinction Day, the X-Men have been scattered through time, and their whereabouts are a mystery.
Back in the present, Cable, raised from birth to bring down Apocalypse, has to build a new strike force without the team. His recruits are not sure they share his ruthless approach, and there is little time to settle the matter, because Pestilence, one of Apocalypse’s Horsemen, is loose in Madripoor. When the fight there exposes a larger danger, Cable’s X-Force must hold together or be swallowed by Apocalypse’s plans.
