The ninth volume of the series inspired by the classic animated show keeps the Turtles fighting familiar and newly invented villains in an unabashedly 1980s register. This collection centres on an alien invasion of New York: the intergalactic criminals known as the Pantheon mount a final attempt at conquest after their earlier schemes failed. Facing a seemingly limitless army of robots, the brothers find that driving the invaders off for good will require outside help.
