Let the chaos begin! Dr. Jumba Jookiba, the scientist who unleashed the blue-furred phenomenon known as Stitch on an unsuspecting galaxy, is about to lose his membership in E.G.G.S. - the Evil Genius Group/Syndicate. Because he spends so much time on Earth, Jumba has not racked up enough villain points to renew next year. And though he no longer sees himself as entirely “evil,” he badly wants to remain in E.G.G.S. - especially because of the great dental plan and the intergalactic lounges.

So what to do? Develop a series of “evil” inventions to stay qualified, of course!
