Star Trek: Starfleet Academy--Lost Contact

The cadets of Paramount's Starfleet Academy face their first real test in this original comic adventure. Caleb, Genesis, Jay-Den, Kyle and Tarima are expected to run a routine survey exercise on a barren, oxygen-poor world, the kind of assignment that should barely raise a pulse.

Then a massive storm severs contact with their instructors aboard the U.S.S. Athena, and something that should not exist appears on the surface. Cut off and out of their depth, the students have to rely on each other and every lesson they have absorbed to make it home. Written by Layne Morgan with art by Corali Espuna, this volume collects Lost Contact #1–5.
