SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN #6

The series moves out of its Brand New Day opening and reveals the scale of what writer and artist have been planting since the first issue: elements seeded across the opening arc travel forward in time and develop into threats capable of dismantling Peter Parker's life. Turncoat, introduced last issue, returns with more of his role explained, and a substantial new antagonist arrives in the form of the Scavenger. The issue functions as the run's real statement of intent.
