It all starts with an airplane being attacked by dangerous (and quite clumsy) sky pirates – right as it's flying over an active volcano! In the inevitable crash, the plane vanishes into a rift in spacetime and crash-lands smack in the middle of prehistory.

Under the leadership of the domineering Krauss, the survivors set up a camp to protect themselves from the many predators. A young couple of parents, however, can't stand Krauss's tyranny for long and dares to flee into the wilderness – and you won't believe who they run into there…
