After their adventures at the Jules-Verne competition, Noémie and Emilien, the most fearless children in Great Britain, set off again on their way back home. But not for long: Terence, their father's elderly assistant, sends them on a special mission.

In San Francisco, the American secret service is setting up a base in the former prison of Alcatraz to act against the Axis Powers from there. The operation is led by a man driven by both his love of technology and his collecting passion: none other than the former gangster boss Al Capone! Can they together foil the secret plans of their cunning enemies?
