An eccentric young coach gathers Japan's best up-and-coming soccer players in a high-tech colosseum called Blue Lock. They face off against each other in bizarre challenges: A merciless competition to become Japan's next absolute goalscorer - Squid Game meets the World Cup. The anime adaptation is already airing!

After the disastrous defeat at the 2018 World Cup, Japan's national team is looking for answers. What's missing is an unstoppable striker. The soccer association therefore founds Blue Lock - a rigorous training hell for 300 of the country's most talented youth players. To make it here, you have to surpass everyone else in strength, technique and above all ego, because in the end only one striker can remain.
