Benny is a little boy with incredible strength. Uprooting trees, jumping higher than a house or hurling cars with his bare hands – no problem for him. The harder part is dosing his powers properly in everyday life, because a lot breaks all too easily in his hands.

When Benny has a cold, however, his powers leave him, and he's a completely normal, well-behaved boy. Mischief, bad manners and criminal dealings are anathema to him – so he keeps stumbling into adventurous tangles where he can put his super-strength to good use. And if he's careful not to catch a cold, villains and crooks barely stand a chance.

A charming classic by Peyo (»Johann and Peewit«, »The Smurfs«), originally developed in the 1960s together with Will and other colleagues and later continued by his son Thierry Culliford with Studio Peyo. A film adaptation is planned, and fans can look forward to new adventures of little Benny.
