Powers is among the longest-running independent comics in the medium, and for its twenty-fifth anniversary original creators Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming have returned with a new case. The multiple Eisner winner continues its premise of viewing superheroes from the vantage point of the homicide detectives who investigate them, with fresh material on the history of its universe and the introduction of The Grand, a new generation of powered figures.
