In February 2000, all employees of Babylon Labs disappear overnight without a trace. Overseer Otto von Schicksal dispatches a special unit to investigate the mysterious event. None of them suspects that this incident will quickly escalate into a crisis of global proportions. The story is set 14 years before the events of the game.
