Nightwing is back in Blüdhaven and more determined than ever to protect his adopted city. But a brutal new opponent is making the streets unsafe: a mysterious murderer who steals his victims' hearts — known only as Heartless.

As the city appoints a new mayor with the last name Zucco, Dick starts digging. The trail leads to revelations that shake him and will change the hero forever. The creative team of Tom Taylor (DCeased, Injustice) and Bruno Redondo (Injustice, Suicide Squad) pulls Nightwing out of Batman's shadow and into the spotlight.
